Archangel Sandalphon

Sandalphon, The Twin of Metatron. Sandalphon is, in Talmudic tradition, the brother-archangel of Metatron and the angel who takes up the prayers of humanity and weaves them into garlands for the divine throne. Said to have once been the prophet Elijah — taken up in a chariot of fire and transformed into the angel of prayer.
